FARMINGTON — Franklin Memorial Hospital announces that Peter Ameglio, MD, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, will join Franklin Health Orthopaedics and Franklin Memorial Hospital in mid-August.

Ameglio has 15 years of experience in general orthopaedics, including sports medicine and joint replacements. Most recently he provided care in Brunswick at Coastal Orthopaedics.

Franklin Health Orthopaedics, which also provides podiatry and sports medicine services, is on the second floor of the Franklin Health Medical Arts Center on the hospital campus. Other providers include Thomas Pulling, MD, and Zachary Blakeman, DPM.
