LIVERMORE FALLS – Police are investigating the break-in of two motor vehicles late Friday or early Saturday in East Livermore.

Jay police also are investigating the theft of a stereo from a vehicle parked at a business.

Someone smashed windows out of the two vehicles at 90 Hunton Loop, Livermore Falls Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said. Stereo equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle at an East Livermore residence, he said.

Jay police are looking into a theft of a Pioneer stereo from a vehicle parked at Steve’s Tune ‘N Tire. A Hermit Trail resident reported it stolen Friday.
