1920 – 2003
LEWISTON – Albert F. Westleigh, 82, formerly of 82 Hampshire St. Auburn, died peacefully on Thursday, May 15, at Russell Park Manor.
Born in Mason on Aug. 20, 1920, he was the son of Francis L. and Estella E. Brown Westleigh. He was employed for many years by M&P Auto Parts and worked as a mechanic until his retirement in 1983. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by three brothers, Arthur Westleigh and wife Paulette of Poland, Milford Westleigh and wife Francis of Lewiston, and Roland Westleigh and wife Jeannine of Auburn; and four sisters, Margaret Larrabee of Norway, Charlotte Doucette of Lewiston, Florence Nyulaszi of Lewiston, and Georgette Brooks of Lewiston.
He was predeceased by his wife, Ellen Westleigh.
