RUMFORD – U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Salvatore E. Voter, son of Maurice and Alba Voter of Rumford was promoted to the present rank on May 2.

Voter is married to the former Jennifer DeBenedetto, daughter of Donna Whynot of Rumford and Wayne Canwell of Mexico. The Voters are stationed in Jacksonville, N.C.
