TURNER – SAD 52 River Valley Adult and Community Education will offer a certified nurses assistant class starting June 18, with sessions from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

A prerequisite for the class is a high school diploma or equivalent.

Successful completion of the 150-hour course will allow participants the opportunity to seek employment in a nursing facility. The class will include instruction in the classroom, a clinical setting and certification in CPR.

Classes will be held at Leeds Central School. The clinicals will be held at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington and Victorian Villa in Canton.
