JAY – Six students from Jay High School and two students from Mountain Valley High School in Rumford traveled to Mexico in April with Paula Swenson of Jay High School, Cheryl Gallant, Mountain Valley High School, Lori Hutchinson and Bob Deane of Jay.

The group went to Mexico City where they saw Diego Rivera murals in the National Palace. They also visited the Anthropological Museum, the pyramids of Teotihuacan and took an excursion to the floating gardens of Xochimilco and the shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The trip included a stay in Taxco and Acapulco.
