LEWISTON – Androscoggin Savings outpaced Hannaford, 12-4, in minor boys baseball action Saturday.

Androscoggin Savings was led by Daniel Fortier with a double.

Tomas Smith and Andrew Balsamo chipped in with a hit apiece.

Mike St. Pierre tossed four strikeouts in the contest.

AUBURN – Pepsi outlasted Gee & Bee, 20-17, in major girls softball action Saturday. Alyssa Levesque crushed a triple for three runs, while Beth Potter had a double and single in the win. Dominique Herman legged out an inside the park home run, while teammate Emily Johnson chipped in with a pair of singles for Gee & Bee in the loss.
