BETHEL – The inaugural New England Father/Son Team Golf Championship will be played at the Bethel Inn and Country Club on Friday, Sept. 19 through Sunday, Sept. 21.

This amatuer tournament will attract over 60 teams from across New England.

Jason Hurd, Director of Golf at Bethel Inn, said: “Sons and fathers learned about golf and life together, now they can compete and spend a weekend remembering how much the game means to them both.”

Teams will be comprised of father/son, grandfather/grandson, father-in-law/son-in-law, step-father/step-son.

This two-day, 36-hole tournament will be a best ball of partners with gross and net divisions, flighted by handicaps at 80 percent, making for a competitive weekend event for all skill levels.
