While driving on Webster Street, I saw a man riding a bicycle with a cart on the back. There were two children in it. It was bad enough that the man did not have a helmet on, but the two little ones in the cart didn’t either. He was bouncing along the sidewalk, and all I could think was how could anyone put their children at risk like that. Accidents happen, but why ask for them?
