When I think of my good friend’s qualities, I think of a person who is an intelligent, hardworking, energetic, caring, passionate community leader.
Lionel has devoted most of his life to serving his community. He is a person who initiates ideas, brings people together, sets goals and gets things done.
Lionel owns an accounting firm and knows how to balance budgets. He can bring his financial expertise to city hall.
Lionel is a devoted family man who cares deeply about Lewiston’s proud heritage, its people and its future.
