PARIS – Students are inviting the public to listen to competing campaigns on the casino issue and then ask questions of their own Wednesday night at a forum.

The forum will feature David Flanagan, former president of Central Maine Power Co. and gubernatorial candidate, speaking for CasinosNO!, and Richard Pelletier, representing Think About It Maine.

The forum will be 7 to 8 p.m. at the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.

George Jones, one of the teachers of the American studies class sponsoring the event, said Flanagan and Pelletier will speak for 15 minutes and then take questions from the audience.
