TOGUS – The public is invited to a Veterans Day Observance at the Togus Veterans Affairs Medical Center on Veterans Day, Tuesday, Nov. 11. Local veterans’ organizations, the Maine National Guard and Togus employees will participate in a wreath laying ceremony at the Flagpole Commons. Participants will meet at Building 200 at 7:45 a.m.
