I feel compelled to comment on the re-routing of traffic due to the construction on Crowley Road from its junction with Grove Street in Sabattus to Lisbon Road.

Said construction seemingly is interminable, much to the dismay of many who traverse this road customarily and many times a day for some.

While I pretend no expertise in such matters, it seems reasonable that with better planning and the usage of two flag persons, one lane might have been kept open at all times. Perhaps not.

Equally distressing is the way re-routing of traffic has been handled. Once you encounter the “road closed” sign at either end, you are left with no clue regarding how to get from here to there. The absence of a network of detour signs is inexcusable and the parties responsible for this horror show seemingly lack the credentials for employment in this venue.
