PORTLAND – A Mardi Gras dance party will be held at the Center for Cultural Exchange featuring zydeco musician Geno Delafose and his band, French Rockin’ Boogie, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19.

Delafose, known as the Creole Cowboy, and his band will lead the audience with two sets of two-steps, waltzes, rhythm and blues, and blues tunes.
