Does anyone besides me find it a little bit suspicious that the players union killed the trade for Alex Rodriguez with the Red Sox, while the Yankees had no problem? I may be wrong, but it looks to me like the Yankees made pretty much the same deal that the Red Sox proposed, and the players union didn’t raise any objections.

I guess we know who has all the money and where some of it went.
