I just read the Sun Journal about how state leaders diverted $61,000 (out of $446,000) to the general fund from the proceeds of the loon license plates. Guess that “CR” does not stand for conservation registration.

According to Mr. Michaud, “The $61,000 amounts to very little when you consider the whole.” Well, then, my $15 will not be missed.
