In regards to the letter from Lew Alessio and Jim Shaffer on April 30 who wrote about keeping prejudice out of the Constitution, I can only say one phrase: “Hear, hear!”

It’s about time somebody brought Jeremy Allen’s comments (letter, April 22) to task.

We all must keep discrimination out of the Constitution.
