FARMINGTON – Police arrested a Farmington man Sunday and charged him with allowing minors to have alcohol at his residence.
Six people, a mix of juveniles and adults under 21, also received civil charges of possession of alcohol by minors, Farmington police Lt. Jack Peck said.
When Officer Ed Hastings responded for the second time to a report of a loud party on 131 Moore Ave., two subjects under the age of 21 were standing in front of residence, Peck said.
They admitted to drinking, he said.
Tenant Ryan S. Nezol, 21, was charged with providing a place for minors to consume or possess alcohol and violation of probation, Peck said.
He was also charged in a civil complaint of possessing drug paraphernalia, Peck said.
