GARDINER – The Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center’s Teen Band series will present three bands at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20: The Sauce, formerly known as The Slurpees; Sammie Francis, the 2004 winner of the statewide teen band competition Rock-Off! and The Element.

Tickets: $5 at the door. Johnson Hall is a chem-free venue at 280 Water St. Patrons must be at least 13 years old. Teen band nights are chaperoned. FMI: www.johnsonhall.org.
