LIVERMORE FALLS – Parishioners and friends of First Baptist and Moose Hill Free Will Baptist churches are invited to attend a luau honoring their interim pastor, the Rev. John Dunn, and his wife, Shirley, after worship Sunday.
Worship will be at 9 a.m. at First Baptist and those attending are asked to take dishes to share in a potluck lunch with a Hawaiian theme. This will be the final service with Dunn because he will now take on a new interim assignment.
The new resident pastor, the Rev. John Hall, has begun to move into the parsonage with his family. Moving day was Aug. 17.
He will begin his duties on Sept. 5 when worship will return to the regular fall and winter hours, 8:45 a.m. at Moose Hill and 10:30 at First Baptist.
