LEWISTON – Armand and Francoise Boucher of Lewiston were honored on July 17 at a party celebrating 65 years of marriage.

The event was planned by their four children, David and Lise Welbourne, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Boucher, Henri and Lena Sehl, and Richard and Diane Pelletier. Also included in the planning were their nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The couple was married on July 20, 1939, in St. Georges de Beauce, Quebec. They have resided in Lewiston since 1952.

Mr. Boucher was employed at Bates Manufacturing Co. as a weaver for 35 years. Mrs. Boucher was employed at Crest Shoe Co. for 25 years.
