FARMINGTON – A Franklin County grand jury indicted a Livermore Falls man Monday on charges of assault, terrorizing and violation of bail conditions.
Shawn Moore, 34, allegedly went to the Farmington residence of his son’s mother on Sept. 6, in violation of bail conditions, according James Andrews, assistant district attorney.
He allegedly assaulted the woman and threatened to kill her, according to the indictment.
He was arrested the next day and charged with Class C assault, terrorizing and violation of bail conditions.
In May, Moore kicked in the door of the victim’s residence, which at the time was in Wilton, and assaulted her, according to the indictment. She sustained head injuries that were not life-threatening.
A warrant for Moore’s arrest was issued the day after the May incident, and in June he was indicted in Superior Court on charges related to that incident.
Moore remained at large until his arrest Aug. 21 on charges of aggravated criminal trespass and assault. He was released Aug. 30 on $2,500 cash bail.
As of Tuesday, he was being held on the most recent charges in Franklin County Jail on $2,000 cash bail or real estate worth $20,000. He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Franklin County Superior Court.
