LIVERMORE – The Izaak Walton League of Livermore Falls is partnering with the Norlands Living History Center to organize volunteers interested in outside work for one or more days in exchange for a year’s worth of privileges at the Norlands.
The Norlands needs help clearing brush from its trail system. Each individual who helps to clear the trails will be offered: an annual pass to access the Norlands grounds for a full year, including hunting and fishing, and free admission to festivals year-round.
The first work session is planned for Saturday, Oct. 2. More information may be obtained by calling George Lyons at the Norlands at 897-4366.
