LIVERMORE FALLS – Town Manager Alan Gove has announced that the Town Office will close at noon on Friday so office staff and helpers can complete the move upstairs to the former courtroom.
Preparations for the move have been under way for some time, and a few group meetings have been held in the new space. The entire Town Office will be open upstairs on Monday, Gove says, with all services available there.
The manager also noted that the highway crew will be working on Moose Hill Road next week, weather permitting, to replace a culvert at Turmel Road.
The road may be closed Tuesday into Wednesday, and he asks that motorists detour onto Route 17 on those days, as the road will be completely closed during the work.
