LIVERMORE FALLS – Anita Wiles will discuss the new prescription cards with the Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens when they meet Monday at Murray Hall. The monthly meal from SeniorsPlus will also be served at 12:30 p.m.

At this week’s meeting, Chairman Shirley Couture announced that Livermore Falls Town Manager Alan Gove will be the guest on Oct. 18, speaking about the proposed Palesky tax-cap referendum.

Couture led the meeting with 33 members attending. Get-well cards were sent to Alice Duguay, Mary Groleau, Marilyn DeSoto and Lorraine Ellingwood.

Several amusing stories were read, and the drawing was won by Jean Luciano.
