FARMINGTON – Planning Board members are scheduled to continue discussion of a parking area on Pleasant Street and take up apartment proposals Monday. One application is to build a four-unit apartment building at 269 High St.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 18.
On the agenda is the continued discussion on Loretta M. Bard’s site review application and soil and erosion control and storm water management application for 121 Pleasant St.
There are also three site review applications for several apartment projects.
Terry and Vivian Savage would like to construct a third apartment in an existing two-unit dwelling at 115 Hurst Lane.
George Weeks is applying to convert an existing farm building into two one-bedroom apartments at 92 Hammond Road.
William Marceau is seeking approval to convert an existing self-storage building into one, two-bedroom apartment at Maguire Street.
And, Rick Collins has submitted applications for site review and storm erosion control and storm water management to build a four-unit apartment building on High Street.
