FARMINGTON – The Ski Club’s annual ski and winter sports sale will be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Mt. Blue High School. This sale will have a lot of good used equipment, as well as new equipment, according to the club. It will include alpine and cross-country skis, snowboards, snowshoes, grippers, helmets, race suits and winter wear.
Area vendors who will be on hand with new equipment include Northern Lights, SportHaus, Ski Depot, and Carter’s. Memberships and Titcomb Mountain information also will be available.
People who’d like to sell their equipment at the sale may take it to the high school between 4 and 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5. The Farmington Ski Club charges 25 cents an item to enter the sale; 15 percent of the sale price goes to the ski club when the item sells, and the remaining 85 percent goes to the seller.
