LIVERMORE FALLS – A 13-year-old boy faces several charges after he allegedly spray-painted a garage, motor home, truck and motorcycle.

Police charged the Livermore Falls teen with burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, two counts of criminal mischief, and theft on Nov. 9, Livermore Falls Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.

Officers Ken Bryant and Maurice Drouin worked on the case.

Residents of Beaulieu Road, off Pine Avenue, reported the vandalism beginning at 4:30 p.m. last Tuesday, Steward said.

The boy broke into a garage at 5 Beaulieu Road and took a can of black spray paint and used it to paint graffiti on several items, the chief said.

The teen is accused of spray-painting four sides of a garage at 5 Beaulieu Road, as well as a car cover, a tin shed, the back door to the house, a motor home, a garage door, a freshly painted truck, a Honda motorcycle and several tool boxes, Steward said.

Residents of 3 Beaulieu Road reported their garage was vandalized and sprayed-painted black, Steward said.

There was also a report of vandalism at 1 Beaulieu Road, Steward said.

Police went to the boy’s home and left him in his parents’ custody, the chief said.
