RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.
Tammy Ann Bouchard, 33, Rumford, charged with assault on Aug. 3, dismissed.
Echoo Corliss, 22, Mexico, charged with possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 5, both charges dismissed.
Mark R. Gardner, 49, Kittery, charged with operating a snowmobile on a plowed road on Dec. 12, waived, fined $100.
Howard J. Harrington, 26, Rockland, charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 13, waived, fined $200.
Belgain C. Kersey, 43, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on June 7, found guilty, fined $200 and sentenced to 24 hours.
Cassie Shaw, 22, Ocean Park, charged with failure to have a fishing license or permit on Aug. 14, waived, fined $68.
Leo B. Turner, 54, Mexico, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 2, sent to jury trial.
Garald C. Virgin, 33, Mexico, charged with criminal mischief on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $100.
Kathleen M. Wilson, 41, Roxbury, charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 2, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.
