TURNER – The Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on two subdivision applications at 7 p.m. March 9 at the Town Office.

Kurt Youland will present plans to develop property near Androscoggin Bank on Route 4 in phases. The first phase will consist of three lots.

Youland is developer of a Dunkin’ Donuts to be situated in the Route 4 business park.

Pinewoods Estates is a proposed 14-lot residential subdivision off the Bradford Road near Turner Center.

Copies of the pending applications are available for public inspection at the Town Office during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
