AUBURN – Northeast Bank announces that its subsidiary, Northeast Financial Services Inc., received approval to change its name to Northeast Bank Insurance Group Inc. Northeast Bank Insurance Group is the insurance sales arm of the company and was established as a result of the acquisition of Kendall Insurance Agency of Bethel in 2002 and the Solon-Anson Agency of Rangeley in 2004, which included the Sargent Insurance Agencies and the Belgrade Insurance Agency. Insurance sales offices are located in Northeast Bank branches in Augusta, Bethel and South Paris. Additional insurance offices are located in Anson, Auburn, Mexico and Rangeley.
