LEWISTON – The wedding of Jenny M. LaRue and Raymond Caron Jr. was held on Oct. 15 at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. The Rev. Robert Larriviere officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Caron is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerard LaRue of Lewiston. Mr. Caron is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Caron of Hebron.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her sister, Tracy LaRue, was honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Elaine Caron-Gagnon, sister of the bridegroom, Kelly Briggs, cousin of the bride, and Heather Morin, best friend of the bride. Ashley Morin and Hannah Morin, friends of the bride, were flower girls.
Jerry Ouellette, best friend of the bridegroom, was best man, and ushers were Donald Gagnon, brother-in-law, Jesse LaRue, brother of the bride, and Jon Caron, cousin of the bridegroom.
A reception followed at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Lewiston, after which the couple traveled on a cruise in the Southern Caribbean. They are residing in Auburn.
The bride is employed at Financial Institution Servicing Corp., and the bridegroom is employed at Eastern Fire Protection.
