BETHEL – Kelsey Dole tallied 15 points as Telstar posted a 42-27 victory over Carrabec in girls’ hoops action Tuesday.

Dole also recorded 12 rebounds, while Liz Rosenberg added eight points to the Rebels (9-2) win. Telstar led at the half 18-15 and was never seriously challeneged.

Erica French pulled down 15 points for the Cobras’ (1-10) effort.

Mountain Valley 57, Madison 46

RUMFORD – Kristen Arsenault drained 19 points as Mountain Valley came from behind to post a 57-46 victory over Madison in girls’ hoops Tuesday evening.

Although Madison led at half 22-18, Mountain Valley came back and outscored the Bulldogs 18-11 in the third quarter, and never looked back from there.

Devon Allen added 13 points for the Falcons (5-6).

Madison (5-5) was paced by Margo Ruffell with 18 points, while Danielle Hebert and Jess Hayden each downed eight points.

Seacoast Christian 40, Hebron 18

HEBRON – Liz Trafton poured in 17 points to lead Seascoast Christian to a 40-18 rout over Hebron in girl’s basketball action Tuesday evening.

Seacoast held a 18-9 advantage after the first half and never trailed.

Tiffany Moore and Jessie Bailey chipped in for Seacoast (4-4) with six points apiece.

Sara Powers led the way for Hebron (1-6) with 10 points, while Kainani Stevens and Kayla Hemphill added four each.

Hall-Dale 49, Mt. Abram 36

SALEM- Hall-Dale tighten up its halfcourt defense in the middle frames and didn’t allow Mt. Abram any easy baskets en route to a 49-36 triumph.

The Bulldogs (11-0) were led by Heather St. Pierre and Britta Olsen with 10 points apiece. Brittany York paced the Roadrunners (6-5) with 12 points.
