MONTVILLE, Conn. (AP) – A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the death of a Montville woman.

State police discovered the body of Joanne Siguencia, 32, in her home on Richard Brown Drive around 3:30 p.m. Saturday. State police said they were called to the home for a report of a fight with injuries.

Police said an argument apparently led to the deadly assault. The teen’s name has not been released. It is unclear what his relationship is to the victim.

The suspect is being held on a $2 million bond and is due in Norwich Superior Court Monday. An autopsy is also scheduled for today.
