MERRIMACK, N.H. (AP) – Two men ducked for cover as someone driving by fired shots at a house.

Acting on a description of the car, police quickly arrested Christopher Canady, 47, of Merrimack on Saturday night.

No one was hurt in the shooting, around 7 p.m.

Canady was charged with possession of a controlled drug, drunken driving and one count of reckless conduct.

Police said the motive was unclear and believe the shooting was random.
