EPPING, N.H. (AP)- Three men now have been charged in the theft of a loaded oil truck in Epping two years ago.

Jerome Stapleford of Exeter, 51, is being held on $500,000 bail on two theft charges, one for the truck and one for the 3,000 gallons of home heating oil it was carrying.

Two Massachusetts men were arrested when parts of the big yellow truck were found at a Chelmsford, Mass., junk yard last week. The yard owner, Alex Davies of Chelmsford, and employee David Lockett of Lowell, were charged with receiving stolen property.
