HAVERHILL, N.H. (AP) – A New Hampshire rape suspect is dead after collapsing from a heart attack while at court for a hearing this week.

William Bushey, 41, of Bethlehem died Monday after collapsing in a restroom at the Grafton County Courthouse.

Sheriff Douglas Dutile said Bushey was there for a pretrial hearing on a charge that he sexually assaulted a minor last year.
