CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -State health officials say that there has been a big jump in flu cases over the past two weeks.

Officials said that the number of people with the flu has tripled recently. They said the surge might have been helped by the recent cold weather.

Experts said the best way to keep the flu away is proper and frequent hand washing.
