CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – A couple found dead in their Manchester apartment died of multiple stab wounds, and one of the deaths was a suicide, the attorney general’s office said Tuesday.
Authorities are investigating the deaths of John Kaliscik Sr., 59, and his wife, Patricia Kaliscik, 64, found dead in the apartment on Monday morning. The couple’s son, Brian Kaliscik, 25, was found at the apartment with multiple stab wounds and was taken to Elliot Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
Jennie Duval, deputy chief medical examiner, determined that Patricia Kaliscik died of multiple stab wounds to the abdomen and that her manner of death was homicide. John Kaliscik Sr., died of multiple stab wounds to the chest and abdomen and the manner of his death was a suicide, Duval said.
The case is still under investigation.
