CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – A 19-year-old driver from Manchester was arrested early Sunday after nearly slamming into a state police cruiser while driving the wrong way on Interstate 93 in Concord.
Amanda Frank was arrested by Trooper Gregg DeLuca after Deluca had to swerve to avoid being hit head-on by Frank’s car shortly after 2 a.m., police said.
The trooper was coming around a curve in the northbound lanes when he encountered Frank’s car headed right at him.
