Glenn Chadbourne paints a mural on the walls of the new DaVinci’s Eatery in the Bates Mill in Lewiston on Friday. Chadbourne, the Newcastle artist known for illustrating Stephen King books, was commissioned by restaurant owner Jules Patry to create some “Italian atmosphere.” Chadbourne’s paintings cover the walls of the original DaVinci’s, which will remain open until the new eatery opens this summer.
