LEWISTON – RiverVision Press will launch its latest book, “I Love Today – Musings From New England,” by T.W. Moore, at Percy’s Burrow, 20 East Ave.
Moore’s book captures life in Maine through a series of vignettes, with such topics as parenthood, a Maine Fourth of July celebration, rooting for the Red Sox, and what everyone dreads – taxes.
Writing about what most of us already know about the Pine Tree State, Moore skillfully and humorously gets inside many of the day-to-day and even mundane experiences of life, giving people an uplifting read.
“We decided to launch the book, right here in Lewiston,” said Jim Baumer, president of RiverVision Press. “As a small press on the move, it seemed fitting to hold our opening night for the book in a place in Maine that’s also on the move.”
