LACONIA, N.H. (AP) – Police are looking for a robber with a bruised arm who escaped without his victim’s wallet or the knife he used in an attempted robbery.

Police said 18-year-old Christopher Stewart was approached on the sidewalk outside Wal-Mart by a man with a large buck knife. Stewart said the man demanded his wallet but instead he grabbed the man’s arm and smashed it several times into a vending machine.
