NASHUA, N.H. (AP) – A Massachusetts man is expected to plead guilty to a charge of negligent homicide in a crash that killed his friend last year.

Documents in Hillsborough County Superior Court indicate 20-year-old Gabriel King of Hudson will plead guilty in the drunken driving crash that killed his friend, child actor Jared Nathan of Nashua, New Hampshire.

Nathan performed on the WGBH-TV program “Zoom” as a teenager.

The 21-year-old was an acting student at the Juilliard School in New York at the time of his death last December.

King was initially charged with aggravated drunken driving. That charge was later upgraded to negligent homicide.

A court hearing for the plea has been scheduled for January 4.
