Dear Sun Spots: A while back you had a reader who was looking for a recipe for chocolate pudding mix.
Well, many years ago there was one published that I’ve been using and have passed down to my children who just love this recipe. This is not a milk chocolate but a yummy dark chocolate. Here it is! Enjoy! – Claire Ward, Lewiston.
Copycat Chocolate Pudding Mix: Ingredients: 4 cups non fat dry milk powder, 3½ cups sugar, 1 2/3 cups cornstarch, 2½ cups unsweetened cocoa. Method: Stir together dry milk, sugar, and cornstarch until well mixed. Store in a tightly covered container. Makes about 9 cups of mix. Stir mix before each use.
