MEXICO – An article that ran Wednesday on B1 of the River Valley edition contained incorrect information. Calvin Lyons is a former president of the Mexico Historical Society. He created a plaque for victims of the “Don” wreck, but it was for the society and not to be embedded in a Harpswell stone to be placed into Mexico’s Memorial Green this month. The information was incorrectly provided to the Sun Journal.
