LEWISTON – The Twin City Open tennis tournament will be held this weekend. Divisions include men’s singles and doubles, women’s singles and doubles and mixed doubles. Anyone wishing to play should contact Anita Murphy at 783-3250 and sign up by 5 p.m. today.
Red Sox Alumni softball Saturday at Oak Hill HS
WALES – The Sabattus Police Association, with the help of East Coast Marketing Group, will host a Red Sox Alumni Softball Game at 1 p.m. Saturday at Oak Hill High School. In addition to the game, there will be opportunities for celebrity autographs and photos. Limited seating is available, so blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged.
Oak Hill girls’ soccer clinic scheduled
WALES – Oak Hill High School will host a girls’ youth soccer clinic July 14 to 17 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Players entering third through seventh grade of all ability levels are welcome. The cost is $20 and includes a T-shirt. Clinic coach is Cheryl Lambert, Oak Hill girls’ varsity coach and a former Division I and Canadian National Team player. FMI, contact Lambert at 623-3879.
