LEWISTON – Six local teams qualified for the Maine Slow Pitch Class D state championbship by posting at least two wins in the District 9 tournament at Randall Road complex over the weekend.
Club Texas/Carlton Club of the Lewiston National League won the tournament with an undefeated run of five games.
The Class D states will be held July 18-20 in Waterville.
