Robert Roy aced the 173-yard No. 4 at Martindale Country Club in Auburn on Friday. John Turner, John O’Malley and Joe Norton witnessed Roy’s 5-iron bid.
Tony Letourneau recorded a hole-in-one at Hebron Pines Golf Course. Letourneau used a pitching wedge on the 110-yard third hole. His son, Cam, observed the accomplishment.

AUBURN – Wal-Mart Logistics DC 7014 presents its fourth-annual golf tournament to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network at Prospect Hill Golf Course. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 23.
Format is a four-person scramble. Registration is at 7:30 a.m., with tee time at 8:30.
Cost is $75 per person, $300 per team. Entry fee includes green fees, cart, food and eligibility for prizes including first place net at 80% of handicap ($500) and first place gross ($500). Other prizes will be presented during the day. Prize awards may be reduced if there are fewer than 25 participating teams.
All proceeds from the tournament benefit the Children’s Miracle Network.
