Pomerleau, 46, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on June 11, 2006, unlawful sexual contact on Dec. 30, 2005, unlawful sexual touching on May 1, 2005, unlawful sexual contact on Aug. 1, 2006, unlawful sexual contact, sexual misconduct with a child under 14 years, visual sexual aggression against a child on Oct. 1, 2006, first three charges dismissed; fourth charge found guilty, sentenced to 5 years, all but 2 years 6 months suspended, probation four years; fifth charge found guilty, sentenced to 3 years all suspended, probation two years; sixth charge found guilty, sentenced to 364 days all suspended, probation 1 year; seventh charge found guilty, sentenced to 364 days all suspended, probation one year.

Thomas E. Poseno, 44, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 19, 2007, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 20 days.

Angel L. Poulin, 26, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 4, 2007, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $300, restitution of $100.

Patricia Poulin, 45, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Aug. 16, 2005, sentenced to 6 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Glenwood E. Pratt, 51, Auburn, 6 charges failing to pay tax or file return on April 15, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, first charge sentenced to 6 months, all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, restitution of $22,469; second charge sentenced to 6 months all suspended, probation one year, restitution of $22,469; third charge sentenced to 6 months all suspended, probation one year, restitution of $22,469; fourth charge sentenced to 10 days, fifth charge sentenced to 10 days; sixth charge sentenced to 10 days.

Jason R. Pritchard, 24, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 21, 2006, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 5 years, all but 7 months suspended, probation two years.

Wesley A. Proctor Jr., 43, Millinocket, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 16, dismissed.

Jeffrey Quirrion, 26, Jay, robbery on March 24, 2003, probation violation, sentenced to 6 years, probation partially revoked.

Clarence Burton Rawding, 50, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place on Nov. 19, 2007, dismissed.

Darnell Robinson, 21, Brooklyn, N.Y., trafficking in prison contraband on July 17, 2007, and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on July 7, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400.

Andrew Robitaille, 30, Turner, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on Nov. 3, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended 30 days.

Jaime Rodriguez, 32, Auburn, assault on July 1, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 10 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Paul Henry Russell, 41, Lewiston, robbery on Feb. 27, 2007, guilty, sentenced to 10 years with all but one year suspended, probation four years.

Juan Sanchez, 24, Mattapoisett, Mass., two counts of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 7, 2006, guilty, sentenced to three years with all but 120 days suspended for each charge, probation three years for each charge.

James Clinton Smith Jr., 20, St. Petersburg, Fla., burglary, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating protective order on July 28, 2007, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 18 months with all but 71 days suspended, probation one year, restitution of $648.75; found guilty on second and fourth charges, sentenced to 71 days each; third charge dismissed.

Jason Ron Smith, 26, Auburn, assault on April 5, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to two years all suspended, probation two years.

Clinton S. Spence III, 31, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 18, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to one year with all but 12 days suspended, probation one year, restitution of $4,909, community service 300 hours within.

Wayne D. Spence, 34, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 18, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days, restitution of $4,909.

Nicholas W. Spofford, 23, Auburn, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise on Jan. 19, dismissed.

Justin J. St. Germain, 33, Auburn, operating under the influence, violating condition of release, reckless conduct on Jan. 6, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $1,000.

Larando Sweeting, 24, Auburn, gross sexual assault on March 1, 2006, and sexual abuse of minor on Feb. 1, 2007, both charges dismissed.

Larando J. Sweeting, 24, Auburn, furnishing liquor to a minor, unsworn falsification on Nov. 17, 2007, and violating condition of release, five counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on Nov. 16, 2007, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to four years; all other charges dismissed.
